Refund & Returns Policy
At Al Badr Clothing, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Returns must be requested within 28 days of receiving your order
- Returned items must be shipped back within 5 days of return approval
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
How To Request A Return
All returns must be requested through your customer account.
- Sign in to your account on our website
- Submit a return request
- Our team will review your request
- A returns label will be sent within 1–2 working days
Return Shipping Fees
- A £1 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount
- Original shipping charges are non refundable
- Once a return label has been issued, the item must be shipped within 5 days
If the return is not shipped within 5 days of the label being sent, the original label will become invalid and a new label fee of £4.99 will apply.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Faulty Or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
Failure to report issues within 24 hours may result in the claim being rejected.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non returnable unless faulty. This will be stated on the product page where applicable.
